Return Policy

Unused Doodle items can be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. 

Return Criteria:

  • Only unused items are eligible for return. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return for health reasons. 
  • Returned items must have no signs of wear or use.
  • Discounted, special order, or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return, please reach out to us at contact@doodlecosmetics.com and let us know why you would like to return the item. Please attach clear photos that show that the product is unused.

To initiate a return, simply complete the following steps:
  1. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  2. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
  3. Your exchange or return will be dispatched shortly.
